Loved the hotel, its favourable location and my reasonably large room. The staff were amiable and excellent and know their duties. I did not want to leave there, so can recommend this venue.

Special atmosphere, extremely friendly and super friendly employees specially the manager. Good sized and modern room with a good view of Melbourne skyline. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Melbourne. Based near Southern Cross Station as well as the restaurant next door.

The hotel had separate bedrooms. They upgraded me to a great-sized and well-appointed room with a magnificent view of Melbourne skyline. Unbeatable and very convenience location just next door to tram stop in the free tram zone as well as public transport-Southern Cross Station, I felt safe. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum.
Very small bathroom, Wi-Fi was very poor, a little disappointed.

The room was well-appointed, with comfortable bed and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and guest toiletries in the bathroom. Enjoyed river view, amazingly helpful staff specially the manager. Its location in Melbourne was absolutely perfect and very convenience, near walk to restaurants snd shops including DFO, eateries and the restaurant.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with great views, many amenities and bathroom and that was great.
As for me, the area was a little dark.

Fantastic base for 1 night with supper friendly and amiable staff specially the manager. Marvellous and lovely location, an oceanarium and a casino close to the hotel. For tea or coffee visit Metro Baguette nearby.

We had a really comfortable 1 night stay. The hotel had a central position adjacent to eateries and restaurants snd shops including DFO and all the main attractions and lots and lots of food options. Furthermore, very close to Southern Cross Station. Appreciated our stay here and did not want to leave there.
